We compared the seven landing page tools small teams actually shortlist, page by page and plan by plan, to see which one gets a paid campaign live without gating A/B testing or punishing a winning ad with overage fees.
What changed this year
Two things shifted the small-business landing page category in 2026, and both matter for anyone shopping right now.
First, Leadpages rebuilt the product and repriced it around unlimited traffic.
All Leadpages plans include unlimited traffic, A/B testing, AI page creation, lead enrichment, and forms + webhooks
, and
A/B testing and dynamic text replacement start at $99/mo, and Smart Traffic, heatmaps, and auto-personalization start at $199/mo
. That’s a structural change. On Unbounce, the same testing capability sits on the $149 Experiment plan, and Smart Traffic sits on the $249 Optimize plan. For a small business, “A/B testing at the entry tier with no traffic cap” is the honest headline of the category this year.
Second, Unbounce added a $29 Starter tier and rewrote its overage math. Unbounce uses visitor-based pricing where your monthly cost scales with traffic volume rather than conversions or page count, and per the pricing page, if you exceed a plan’s traffic limit your pages keep running and overage fees are charged as a one-time amount based on extra usage. On a moderately successful campaign that invoice moves fast, and it’s one of the reasons we didn’t put Unbounce first for a small team.
Who each one is for
If you want one tool that handles the whole small-business paid-ads workflow without a second upgrade three months in, Leadpages is the safe default.
Leadpages’s paid plans start at $99.00/month for the Grow tier, which includes unlimited landing pages, pop-ups, alert bars, mobile-responsive templates, a website builder, and one free domain with annual purchase. Leadpages’s Optimize tier at $199.00/month adds A/B split testing, Smart Traffic, heatmaps, integrated Stripe checkouts, and priority chat support.
One note on the small gap between the vendor’s own current pricing page, which puts A/B testing on Grow, and G2’s summary, which puts it on Optimize: the current pricing page is the source we scored against, and it clearly bundles A/B testing at $99. If you’re pairing this with a form or a popup on top of your existing site, our best AI exit-intent popup tools ranking covers the second half of that workflow.
If your paid-ad budget is high enough to feed a machine-learning traffic-router (rule of thumb: a few thousand ad clicks per month per page), Unbounce still owns that job.
Our Build, Experiment, and Optimize plans all include free hosting through Unbounce. You can also publish your landing pages directly to your own domain or WordPress website (in which case you’ll be responsible for hosting). Yes, Unbounce’s MCP connects to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT and is available on all plans, including during your free trial.
The MCP feature is genuinely new in 2026 and is the cleanest small-business use of a landing page tool from inside an AI assistant we’ve seen. Just budget the $249 Optimize plan honestly, because that’s where the AI story actually starts.
If your bottleneck is that your pages look like everyone else’s pages, Framer earns its place.
We’ve simplified pricing to three simple plans (down from five). See the full breakdown on the pricing page: Basic, $10: for personal, hobby, and side projects. Pro, $30: for professionals, small teams, and startups. Scale, $100: for growing companies that want flexible, usage-based pricing.
Framer prices per published site, which is a real trap for anyone running two or three brand pages at once, and A/B testing isn’t native.
A/B testing isn’t included by default. It’s available as the Convert add-on, priced at $50 per 500,000 events.
That’s fine for a single well-designed marketing site, less fine if you plan to run three campaign pages at once.
Landingi is the sensible mid-market pick for a bootstrapped team that wants a real AI generator without a $99 entry price.
The Build plan is designed for startups, small businesses, and solo marketers who need to create and publish a few landing pages. It includes up to 10 active landing pages, 2,000 monthly visits, one custom domain, and 2,500 credits per month.
The Lunar generator is included at every tier, per Landingi’s own docs:
Do all Landingi plans include AI landing page generation? Yes. Lunar, Landingi’s AI landing page generator, is available on all current Landingi plans: Build, Optimize, Scale, and Enterprise. Using Lunar requires credits, and each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
The trap on Build is the 2,000-visit cap, which a modest Google Ads spend can burn in a day. If a small marketer is going to live on Landingi, the honest working tier is Optimize at $149/month. Anyone hunting for the keyword research to feed those campaigns should also see our AI keyword research tools ranking.
Swipe Pages is the specialist to keep in your back pocket.
Swipe Pages’s paid plans start at $39 per month for the Starter tier, which includes one domain, 20,000 unique visits, funnels, AMP pages, analytics, ecommerce via Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay, and Zapier integrations. Upgrading to Swipe Pages’s Marketer tier at $89 per month adds five domains, 50,000 visits, A/B testing, dynamic text replacement, five client sub-accounts, and team members.
If most of your paid traffic is on mobile (which for a lot of consumer-facing small businesses now means the majority of it), AMP pages are still a real advantage on load time.
Finally, Carrd is unbeatable for a solo founder or a pre-launch page. Per Carrd’s own Pro documentation, Pro Lite is $9/year, Pro Standard is $19/year, and Pro Plus is $49/year, with Pro Standard adding custom domains and forms on top of the Lite feature set. It’s not an AI generator, and it’s not going to A/B test your funnel, but for a coach, a consultant, or a first-time founder testing an offer on a custom domain, nothing else in the category costs less than a coffee per month.
A note on price and honesty
Every tool on this list publishes a starting price that’s either the real working price or a decoy. Leadpages and Unbounce both start at $99/month on the plan you’d actually run for paid ads. On Unbounce specifically,
the $99 Build plan is the builder without testing. Unlimited A/B testing starts on the $149 Experiment tier. Smart Traffic, Unbounce’s AI traffic optimization, is included starting on the $249 Optimize plan. The lower tiers don’t include it.
That’s not hidden, it’s on the pricing page, but it’s the reason we ranked Leadpages ahead: the same $99 buys the testing you came for. On Landingi, the equivalent honest working tier is Optimize at $149; on Framer, add the Convert add-on to the site plan. Read the tier that actually contains the feature you’re buying the tool for, not the one at the top of the pricing page.
